Happy New Year, everyone!
This week, Glynn is loving his finger dots (no, seriously!).
CPW got behind the Heartfelt initiative to supply neo-natal wards with quality camera/printer kits for photographing stillborn deliveries, raising enough money in 24 hours to supply two kits!
Fuji and Panasonic announce a new organic cmos sensor,
The ultimate selfie camera, the MeCam,
Carl Hemmings brought the portfolio of Elena Shumilova to our attention,
Bruce came across the time-travelling antics of Japanese photographer Chino Otsuka,
Canon has patented a 100x Superzoom Camera, although Glynn is skeptical as to just how useful such a thing will be,
Adam Davidson alerted us to the portfolio of Angela Kelly, who discovered that blowing soap bubbles (with her son) in freezing cold environments produced surprising results,
and Glynn has being doing some commercial photography, but finds the process not particularly challenging or rewarding.

I have been a professional audio engineer since the mid 80's and am happy to do for free in my spare time what I get paid to do during the week. I created Shutters Inc in May 2005, and it is today (as best as I can tell) THE longest-running photography podcast in the world.
