Episode 508 – In memory of Mark Bateman

This week, we’re dedicating the episode to all those who serve and put their lives on the line in the process.
And in particular, Glynn’s mate, Mark Bateman.
Seems like Instagram is working on allowing you to post from your web browser (something dektop users have been screaming out for, for years!).

Here’s another photographer we don’t like very much! πŸ™‚ Some really creative self-portraits in this lot.

Glynn found Project Gutenberg, which has thousands of free books to read online, including a bunch on photography.

There’s a book on photography from none other than Sir Arthur Conan Doyle!

Maybe airplane photography is more your thing?

The Barnet Book of Photography has LOTS of resources.

Perhaps something a little futuristic?

Moving pictures? No, not the Aussie rock band.

Or finally, magic photography!

I have been a professional audio engineer since the mid 80's and am happy to do for free in my spare time what I get paid to do during the week. I created Shutters Inc in May 2005, and it is today (as best as I can tell) THE longest-running photography podcast in the world.

This is the level of research demanded from such an esteemed and highly considered podcast. Nothing less is commanded.
